Manduka EU offers a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products in their original packaging to ensure your complete satisfaction with our yoga gear. Please note that for hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on yoga mats or towels that have been removed from their plastic wrap.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box, ensuring all tags are attached and the product remains in its original, unopened protective film.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the pre-paid return shipping label provided by our portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
